Guy Ritchie’s New Film Delayed to 2027

The release of Guy Ritchie’s latest project, “Wife and Dog,” has been pushed back, with its U.S. theatrical debut shifting from October 23, 2026, to February 19, 2027.

The star-studded cast features Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike, and Anthony Hopkins. The narrative delves into the complex world of the British aristocracy. Although production wrapped up back in March 2025, the film’s domestic distribution in Russia will be handled by Karo Premier.

Ritchie’s previous feature, “In the Grey,” starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Henry Cavill, also faced multiple scheduling delays before finally arriving in theaters this past May. The film proved successful with local audiences, raking in 520 million rubles at the Russian box office.
