GTA: San Andreas – Definitive Edition Leaves Netflix

Netflix subscribers can no longer access the remaster of GTA: Trilogy — Definitive Edition for free, following the removal of the final title in the collection from the subscription library today. The mobile version of GTA: Trilogy — Definitive Edition launched for subscribers two years ago. Last December, the remastered versions of GTA 3 and GTA: Vice City left the service, and today the remaster of GTA: San Andreas followed. Players who want to continue playing must now purchase the full version.

Data published two weeks ago shows the game reached 57.4 million downloads, which includes an increase of 10 million in three months. This total represents the highest result among all Netflix Games titles and accounts for 15% of the service’s 396 million total downloads.

Netflix subscribers can play Rdr 1 instead, which joined the service in early December.

The mobile version of GTA: San Andreas — Definitive Edition will likely appear in the GTA+ game catalog next, as it is the only part of the Trilogy currently missing from that service.
