Following a deep dive during the recent Xbox Developer Direct, a fresh trailer premiered at today’s PlayStation State of Play, officially slating the game for an August 4 release.
Set against the haunting backdrop of a post-apocalyptic Japan, players assume the role of Emma, a skilled swordswoman accompanied by her loyal lupine partner, Koo. Marketed as a “one person, one dog” adventure, the game emphasizes fluid, high-octane melee combat. Players will navigate through a world where nature has reclaimed civilization, exploring lush, overgrown forests and decaying industrial ruins while battling peculiar mechanical adversaries and colossal botanical nightmares.
