This immersive broadcast arrives on the heels of under the fabric (Mexico City, 11th December 2025)—a 35-minute cinematic glimpse into the recording sessions that initially sparked this partnership. Latin Mafia previously joined Fred as special guests during his monumental Mexico City performance last December, which served as the grand finale of his ambitious 10 shows in 10 weeks across 10 cities tour.

Sharing the announcement on Monday, July 27, Fred expressed his deep admiration for the group: “Me and the Latin Mafia brothers have been crafting music together for quite some time now. They are producing some of the most compelling music in the world today—it’s gorgeous yet unexpected, disciplined yet adventurous. Collaborating with them is always an absolute privilege. They are three brothers, and since I make music alongside my younger brother, it essentially feels like five brothers coming together whenever we meet. Remarkably, both of our acts are managed by our siblings, making this a true family endeavor.”

“We’ve quietly bounced ideas back and forth over the past couple of years,” Fred’s statement continues. “It was remarkable how organically everything we worked on fell into the exact same sonic universe. Usually, I have to exert considerable effort to make a body of work feel cohesive, but in this instance, every single idea naturally belonged to the same narrative. Consequently, we knew we had to release it as a unified project, and gathering in Mexico City was the ideal way to cross the finish line.”
