The Night Manager Season 2: Episodes, Cast and Streaming

The Night Manager returned for Season 2 almost a decade after its first run. Tom Hiddleston again plays Jonathan Pine, now working with a covert MI6 unit and drawn into a conspiracy connected to Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos.

Season 2 story

The new operation begins when Pine recognizes a former mercenary linked to arms dealer Richard Roper. The trail leads him to Teddy Dos Santos, played by Diego Calva, and to businesswoman Roxana Bolaños, played by Camila Morrone. Pine uses Roxana’s access to penetrate Teddy’s operation and uncovers a plan involving the training of a guerrilla force.

This is a continuation of the television adaptation rather than a retelling of John le Carré’s original novel. The official synopsis establishes the new adversary and setting while leaving the outcome of Pine’s mission for the episodes themselves.

Cast

Tom Hiddleston leads the season with Diego Calva and Camila Morrone. Newcomers include Indira Varma, Paul Chahidi and Hayley Squires. Olivia Colman returns as Angela Burr, alongside returning cast members Alistair Petrie, Douglas Hodge, Michael Nardone and Noah Jupe.

How many episodes are there?

Season 2 contains six episodes. Prime Video released the first three internationally on January 11, 2026, followed by one episode each Sunday through the February 1 finale. In the UK, the season aired through the BBC and streamed on BBC iPlayer. The complete season is now available, subject to the catalog and subscription rules in each region.

Will there be a Season 3?

A third season was ordered alongside Season 2 when the BBC and Prime Video revived the series. It is therefore confirmed as a production plan, but a premiere date and complete story details have not been announced as of August 2026.
