After Fisher: Inquisitor — Episodes, Cast and Where to Watch

After Fisher: Inquisitor is the third season of the Russian crime anthology Fisher. The new eight-episode case moves to the Altai region, replaces the central investigators and tells a self-contained story. All episodes have finished their weekly run and are available on Wink.

The story, without identifying the killer

The body of a local official’s daughter is found in a small town near the taiga. Investigators begin to connect the crime with a series of unsolved killings attributed to the so-called Barnaul maniac. Local detective Olga Belova is joined by Igor Terekhov, an investigator sent from Barnaul.

The clues lead them to Tonka, a young woman who grew up away from conventional life in the forest. Police procedure collides with local beliefs, shamanic rituals and old family conflicts. Belova and Terekhov also bring personal history to the case, but this guide leaves the identity of the murderer and the final turns unspoiled.

The season uses ideas associated with real crimes in Altai while changing the period, characters and circumstances. It should be read as a fictional thriller rather than a documentary reconstruction. Cast and production team

Alexander Petrov plays Igor Terekhov, Yulia Snigir plays Olga Belova, and Polina Gukhman plays Tonka. The cast also includes Igor Mirkurbanov, Nikita Pavlenko, Taisiya Kalinina, Bayastan Koldoshaly, Dmitry Pavlenko, Anna Rytsareva, Artyom Osipov and Stanislav Ustyuzhanin.

Olga Frenkel directed the season. Tatyana Artseulova created the idea and wrote the screenplay. Keystone Production made the series for NMG Studio and Wink. The Rostelecom premiere release confirms the principal cast, creators and platform, while Kino-Teatr.ru provides the broader production credits.

How it connects to earlier Fisher seasons

Inquisitor continues the anthology format rather than the same investigation. After the original Fisher case and Eclipse, the series changes location, period and lead characters. Watching the previous seasons helps establish the project’s tone, but the Altai murder case does not require a detailed memory of Bokov and Kozyrev’s earlier stories.

Episode schedule and streaming

The season premiered on May 28, 2026. Eight episodes arrived on Thursdays through July 16. Most run for roughly 46–50 minutes, while the finale is longer. The official Wink release guide lists the schedule and story setup.
