First reactions to Toy Story 5 have emerged
The Los Angeles premiere of Pixar’s latest feature, “Toy Story 5,” has officially taken place ahead of its theatrical debut on June 19.
Early attendees are hailing the sequel as a triumphant return to form for Pixar, describing it as a vibrant, heartfelt, and standout entry in the beloved franchise. Official critical reviews are set to be published on June 16.
In this fifth installment, Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie join forces to thwart a malevolent gadget known as Lilypad and secure their place in Bonnie’s affections. The film is directed by Andrew Stanton (“Finding Nemo”), and features an original theme song performed by Taylor Swift.
