Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Receives DLSS 4 Support and New Graphical Enhancements
Square Enix has rolled out an update for the versions on Steam and the Epic Games Store, introducing enhancements aimed at improving smoothness and overall stability. The developers describe this patch as one of the most significant releases for PC players.
Game director Naoki Hamaguchi confirmed the patch not only addresses bugs and refines performance but also integrates NVIDIA DLSS 4 features, including Multi-Frame Generation and DLSS Frame Generation. The DLSS Super Resolution system has been upgraded as well, boosting image fidelity and scene detail.
These changes are expected to make Final Fantasy VII Rebirth noticeably more stable and visually precise on modern PCs. Players are reporting steadier frame rates and fewer artifacts during rapid frame transitions.
The update is available to download via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
