Fan-Made NFS: Most Wanted Port for Android Adds Online and Local Multiplayer Support
The developer continues to refine the mobile version of the cult racing game.
An unofficial Android port of Need for Speed: Most Wanted now supports local and online multiplayer. A developer who goes by codepdbh added the feature to nfsmwpc-recompiled, a project based on the PC version of the game. Players can now race together through a server that replaces the original EA Nation service.
The latest update, released on October 24, also fixes the camera, improves audio stability on devices with MediaTek and Unisoc processors, and resolves an issue where music and engine noise looped during loading screens.

Running the port requires Android 10 or newer, Vulkan 1.1 support, and your own files from the PC version of Most Wanted. Players who want to set up races over a local network also need the server files from the same copy of the game.
