Pop sensation Dua Lipa has officially joined the ensemble of the upcoming A24 feature Peaked.
Molly Gordon (Theater Camp) is set to both direct and star in the film. The story follows two close friends who attempt to recapture their youth by reliving their high school days.
The star-studded cast already includes the likes of Laura Dern, Emma Mackey, Connor Storrie, Simone Ashley, and Levon Hawke. Fans will have to be patient, however, as the theatrical release is scheduled for 2027 at the earliest.
This role marks Lipa’s third major venture into cinema, following her cameo in the blockbuster Barbie and her performance in the spy thriller Argylle.
