Dispatch Receives Overwhelmingly Positive Reviews on Steam — Developers May Consider a Second Season
There is strong community demand for the story to continue.
Dispatch was released recently. The project has steadily gained momentum, drawing more players with each new episode.
On Steam the superhero title received “Very Positive” reviews, holding a 95% rating. Many players would like to see a continuation, and there appear to be genuine chances for that.
A user going by NefariousnessBig7887 pointed out a recent episode of the Skill Up podcast “The Friends Per Second,” which featured AdHoc Studio co‑founders Nick Herman and Pierre Shorette.
During the discussion, the creators of Dispatch were asked whether they had thought about their next project.
Shorette answered that they would consider it:
We haven’t announced the project with Critical Role [a group of actors who play tabletop role‑playing games]. But I also think there’s… a possibility… we should at least start thinking now about a second season of Dispatch.
Nevertheless, at this stage it’s only a thought, so it shouldn’t be interpreted as an announcement of Dispatch season two.
