Dan Stevens, Mia Goth and Zach Galifianakis are set to lead the coming-of-age picture “Hello, Bear,” marking Jonathan Krisel’s feature directorial debut — Krisel is best known as the creator of the sketch comedy series “Portlandia”.
The screenplay will be written by Carrie Kemper (The Good Place, The Office).
“Hello, Bear” follows a woman who vows to avenge her husband’s death — except he was killed by a wild bear. Teaming up with a park ranger, she hatches a plan to track down and capture the dangerous animal.
