Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Game Pass? Microsoft’s Hint is All Too Obvious
The March roster for Xbox Game Pass is set to be unveiled today, and all signs point toward the arrival of Cyberpunk 2077. The hints provided have been anything but subtle.
The Xbox Game Pass team has once again utilized Melissa McGamepass, a fictional character who famously “quietly” teased catalog additions several years ago. Recently, she accurately forecasted the inclusion of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, with both leaks proving to be entirely correct.
Now, it appears to be Cyberpunk 2077’s moment. The official Xbox Game Pass account shared a message stating that “something truly spectacular is coming soon,” specifically highlighting the letter “v”—an unmistakable nod to the protagonist of CD Projekt RED’s flagship RPG.
Furthermore, Melissa’s post opens with phrasing instantly recognizable to Cyberpunk fans and incorporates the word “breathtaking,” a direct homage to Keanu Reeves’ legendary stage appearance during the game’s reveal.
