Cosplayer Portrays Sophia from Lies of P

Cosplay model MattyGrowes has brought Sophia Monad from the soulslike title Lies of P to life in a detailed new photoshoot.

Lies of P continues to inspire the cosplay community with the dark setting of Krat, a ruined city overrun by rogue puppets, frenzied mutants, and other creations of the Alchemists.

MattyGrowes collaborated with photographer Sofia Chatskaya (CHATSKYPHOTO) to recreate the look of Sophia Monad, one of the central figures in the game.

In the game, Sophia serves as the main guide for Pinocchio. She possesses the rare ability to hear and manipulate Ergo, which led to her imprisonment in Arche Abbey.

Players interact with her mental projection for most of the story before discovering her weakened physical form in the final act. Her projection wears a dark blue dress with distinct patterns, framed by long azure-blue hair and delicate, pale facial features.

Her visual design heavily incorporates butterfly motifs, representing rebirth and freedom. Sophia is portrayed as self-sacrificing and deeply sorrowful, maintaining compassion for Pinocchio and Krat’s remaining survivors despite her own ongoing suffering.

Throughout the game, her soft voice offers a sense of hope in an otherwise bleak world, reflecting a character who combines immense inner resolve with a longing to finally find peace.
