TeamKill Media, the studio behind Code Violet, recently resurfaced with a nostalgic parody trailer designed to capture the distinct aesthetic of 1990s television advertisements.
The teaser kicks off with the legendary original PlayStation startup sequence before transitioning into a stylized montage of Code Violet gameplay, all rendered through an authentic retro filter.
The full release of Code Violet is scheduled for January 10, 2026, exclusively on PlayStation 5. Fans who purchase the premium edition will be granted early access, allowing them to jump into the action 24 hours ahead of the official launch.
Interestingly, the developers previously confirmed they would not be releasing the game on PC, citing concerns over the platform’s prevalence of adult-oriented community modifications.
