ARC Music Festival Announces Four-Day Expansion and Reveals Massive 2026 Lineup

Chicago’s premier house and techno gathering, ARC Music Festival, is set to reach new heights. Organizers confirmed on Tuesday (March 10) that the event will officially transition to a four-day format for its 2026 edition. The festival will return to its home at Union Park over Labor Day Weekend, spanning from September 4 through September 7.
John Curley, ARC partner and lead talent buyer, revealed that this evolution has been a long-held ambition for the team. “We’ve been envisioning this since our initial expansion from two to three days in 2022,” Curley shared. He noted that the depth of world-class talent often exceeds available time slots, and the additional day allows for more intentional, deep-dive programming.
Accompanying the expansion news is the unveiling of the 2026 roster. The lineup features a heavy-hitting array of global electronic talent, including Sara Landry presenting her Eternalism show, alongside Anyma, Michael Bibi, Nia Archives, and The Blessed Madonna. Other marquee acts include Ki/Ki, Chris Stussy, Underworld, Cloonee, and Chase & Status.
The 2026 edition will also introduce “The Midway,” a brand-new stage area. The name is a multi-layered tribute to Chicago’s heritage, nodding to the historic Midway Plaisance, the city’s international airport, and the architectural legacy of the original Midway Gardens in Hyde Park. Fans can also expect ARC’s signature rare back-to-back (b2b) and b3b performances.
True to its roots, the festival continues to honor Chicago’s status as the birthplace of house music. The 2026 bill features genre pioneers and local legends such as Honey Dijon, Green Velvet, and Derrick Carter.
“Six years in, ARC has carved out a unique space in the global circuit,” Curley added. “It blends an international energy with a DNA that is purely Chicago. It feels like a massive family reunion for the house and techno community. Artists really lean into that legacy, often tailoring their sound to the city’s history while the skyline glows in the background.”
Tickets for the expanded ARC Music Festival 2026 are scheduled to go on sale March 13.
