Charli xcx has officially released three elusive B-sides from her Music, Fashion, Film era—“I Keep On Thinking Bout You Every Single Day and Night,” “Playboy Bunny,” and “If You Take the Music Then What Has She Got?”—giving them a digital home on iTunes as part of a newly expanded deluxe package titled Music, Fashion, Film (B-Sides Edition).

Initially previewed exclusively for devoted fans via Charli’s @b.sides alternate Instagram handle, these tracks later found their way onto limited-edition 7-inch vinyl releases accompanying “Rock Music,” “SS26,” and “Camera.” They were also bundled into the comprehensive physical box set, though they remained absent from mainstream digital download storefronts until Sunday, July 26.

Interestingly, the pop auteur had previously assured her supporters that these tracks were unlikely to ever land on streaming platforms—though she left a small window open for a change of heart.

“You can call me a hypocrite, I don’t mind,” Charli remarked playfully alongside a wink emoji while announcing the unexpected iTunes drop of Music, Fashion, Film (B-Sides Edition).

Priced at $4.99 on iTunes, the newly minted digital record features the 11 original tracks from the core project, alongside the trio of fan-favorite B-sides and their corresponding music videos.

Delving further into the creative reasoning behind the rollout via Instagram, Charli explained: “I crafted B-sides for each main release leading up to Music, Fashion, Film because it felt organic to pair every song with a suitable counterpart—something adjacent to the primary album yet distinct from it. Historically, B-sides often evolve into underground fan favorites, and that certainly proved true here. I was initially adamant about keeping them off digital platforms because it felt contrary to their core aesthetic, but knowing how badly you all wanted them, I’ve reluctantly brought them to iTunes, lol.”

The arrival of Music, Fashion, Film hit streaming services on Friday, arriving simultaneously with the digital premiere of the cinematic companion piece she developed alongside the record.

To celebrate the album, Charli will embark on an intimate North American concert run kicking off on September 11 in Philadelphia, with subsequent stops scheduled in Brooklyn, Toronto, Boston, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, San Diego, Los Angeles, Glendale, and Las Vegas.
