Bots No Longer Fly or Teleport in Escape from Tarkov — in Some Cases
In EFT, threats await at every turn — and not all of them were intentionally introduced by the developers.
The Escape from Tarkov team has been gradually addressing a variety of bugs affecting Traders, the UI, and other systems.
During raids players occasionally encountered bots floating in midair — those have now been grounded, and a fix for a teleportation glitch has been prepared.
List of changes:
· Resolved the issue that caused incomplete character models to appear in the Hideout in certain situations;
· Fixed the client freezing when opening a Trader interaction screen from the Hideout;
· Corrected improper lighting when interacting with the Ranger trader while SSR is enabled in the game settings;
· Addressed the root cause of bots appearing to fly in some cases.
· Fixed occurrences where main menu elements would be visible while searching for a match in some cases;
· Disabled several PostFX options;
· Corrected the bot teleportation issue that could happen while they were using mounted weapons in certain situations;
