Bleak strategy-survival Drownlight plunges players into a flooded world
Part city-building simulator, part survival game driven by moral choices. In Drownlight you step into the role of a leader who guides, defends, and decides who is worthy of a place in the last city on Earth.
In Fathomlight’s strategy experience, players are cast into a flooded world lit by a single lighthouse, around which humanity’s final city takes shape.
Drownlight blends survival mechanics with city-building in a submerged setting. You construct and expand a settlement around the lighthouse, manage scarce resources, and make ethically fraught decisions that determine the fate of the survivors. Hidden beneath stormy waters lie secrets — and if the beacon goes dark, the city may be lost forever.
Your objective is to grow the city, keep the lighthouse operational, and care for its people, including distant newcomers seeking refuge. Fathomlight promises a synthesis of moral dilemmas, urban planning, and survival. A firm release date has not been announced, but you can add the game to your Steam wishlist.
