Arc Raiders: Ruins and Reverberations Quest Guide

Comment Views: 2

The “Ruins and Reverberations” mission in Arc Raiders centers around a swift expedition to the Cielo Sereno Observatory—a notable point of interest on the Pendola Pass map added during the “Frozen Trail” update. Comprising just three straightforward objectives, this assignment can be finished in a matter of minutes if you know your way around, though the layout makes it remarkably easy to lose your bearings.

Below is a comprehensive guide detailing every phase of the “Ruins and Reverberations” assignment, including where to acquire a Spotter Relay, how to locate the rooftop antenna, and where to track down the hidden crawlspace beneath the control room.

‘Ruins and Reverberations’ Mission Objectives in Arc Raiders

All three requirements for “Ruins and Reverberations” must be accomplished consecutively during a single deployment:

  1. Connect a Spotter Relay to the rooftop antenna atop the Cielo Sereno Observatory.
  2. Weld the severed wires within the sub-floor crawlspace beneath the control room to reroute electrical power.
  3. Return to the antenna and activate the Spotter Relay once more.

How to Acquire a Spotter Relay

Your first priority is securing a Spotter Relay. Not to be confused with standard Snitches, Spotters are agile, airborne mechanical adversaries that consistently travel in pairs. They typically escort heavier units like Bastions or Bombardiers, fulfilling their namesake role by scanning the terrain for raiders. Because Bastions and Bombardiers rarely spawn on Pendola Pass, your best alternative is to deploy into the Buried City or Blue Gate sectors. Neutralize a Spotter, salvage the component from its wreckage, and carry the Spotter Relay back with you to Pendola Pass.

The Cielo Sereno Observatory is situated in the northeastern sector of Pendola Pass. The target antenna sits prominently on the roof. Because you will need to ascend to the upper level twice during this assignment, packing a traversal utility—such as a grappling hook, snaphook, or zipline—is strongly recommended to streamline your movements.

Upon reaching the roof, make your way toward the southern protrusion. The communication array is positioned here; as long as the Spotter Relay is stored in your inventory, you will be granted the prompt to interface with it.

Next, infiltrate the interior of the observatory to locate the maintenance crawlspace. Head toward the center of the roof and drop through the overhead skylight to land directly inside the control room. Exit into the adjacent corridor and look for a floor panel you can drop through. Pivot to face west, take an immediate left turn, and follow the passage to its terminus. The exposed wires requiring your welding tool will be situated on your left. Interact with the console to execute the repairs.

Your final task is to make your way back to the rooftop. You can scale the interior structure back up through the initial skylight; if standard mantling proves unreliable, deploy a grappling hook or snaphook to assist your ascent. Return to the antenna and trigger the final activation prompt. Mission accomplished! Be aware, however, that the newly powered array generates considerable noise, so it is wise to evacuate the immediate area before hostile Arc patrols converge on your position.

Report back to Celeste to claim your well-earned payout: 5,000 XP, two smoke grenades, three electrical components, two speaker components, and a Mk. 3 Looting Augment.
