After 18 months of silence, BattleBit Remastered gets a major update — players unhappy with its quality
Performance improvements are still disappointing players.
Nearly two years after release, the creators of BattleBit Remastered returned to the shooter with a major update, Operation Overhaul. The initial testing phase has just ended and players are sharing their impressions — many report optimization problems, including FPS drops and memory leaks.
The studio addressed the community:
We didn’t anticipate such a large influx of players — thank you hugely for your patience with the technical issues and for helping us gather the data needed to fix them. Keep an eye out for announcements about upcoming tests and please remember to complete the survey!
Players also highlighted several positives: visual enhancements, a cleaner interface, and widespread praise for the new Mesa map.
The BattleBit Remastered team will now review feedback and prepare patches.
