Is a major BTS sit-down with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe just around the corner? If the ARMY’s collective intuition is correct, a definitive “yes” is on the way.

On Tuesday, March 17, Lowe ignited a social media firestorm after sharing a cryptic, captionless video. In the brief clip, the host is seen panning around a minimalist dance studio, notable only for its polished floors, expansive mirrors, and a single basketball hoop. While casual observers might see an ordinary rehearsal space, dedicated fans immediately recognized the unmistakable backdrop of the group’s legendary practice facility.

“No caption required. Those floors and that mirror say it all. If you know, you know!” one fan exclaimed on Instagram. Another enthusiast was even more direct, commenting, “I know exactly what this signifies… a BTS INTERVIEW.”

While Billboard has reached out to Apple Music for official confirmation, the evidence hidden in plain sight is hard to ignore. This specific studio has served as the setting for countless BTS milestones, including high-energy dance rehearsals that have garnered hundreds of millions of views on YouTube. For a fandom that prides itself on attention to detail, the presence of the hoop—a recurring fixture in BTS content—was the ultimate giveaway.

This potential media appearance comes at a historic juncture for the septet. Following a hiatus that began in 2022 to accommodate solo endeavors and South Korea’s mandatory military service, the group is finally reuniting. With all seven members officially back from their duties, the momentum is building toward the release of their fifth studio album, ARIRANG, scheduled for March 20.

The comeback festivities don’t end with the album. On March 21, BTS will take the stage at Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square for their first live performance in years, which will be broadcast globally via Netflix. Furthermore, the streaming platform is set to debut BTS: The Return, an intimate documentary chronicling their journey back to the global spotlight.

“We are putting our full trust in our boys for the most epic interview yet,” shared another fan account. “It’s time to show the world exactly what BTS represents.”
