The first two episodes are now available to stream.
The first two episodes of VisionQuest have premiered on Disney+, completing the Marvel trilogy that also includes WandaVision and Agatha All Along. On Rotten Tomatoes, the series holds an 82% positive rating based on 45 reviews, alongside a score of 62 out of 100 based on 16 reviews on Metacritic.
The plot follows a rebooted Vision as he hides from those who tried to turn him into a weapon while seeking a new purpose in life. Assisting him in understanding himself are the artificial intelligence personalities embedded in his source code: Jarvis, F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., and Ultron.
Meanwhile, a mysterious young man appears in the real world claiming to be Vision’s son. At the same time, the mercenary Paladin begins hunting the hero, and the robot Jocasta sets out to kill him and destroy the planet.
Paul Bettany returns to the role of Vision, and James Spader reprises his role as Ultron. Ruari Mollica plays Vision’s purported son, Todd Stashwick plays Paladin, and T’Nia Miller plays Jocasta. The series also stars James D’Arcy and Faran Tahir.
VisionQuest consists of eight episodes in total, with the finale scheduled to release on November 11, 2026.
