Grasshopper Manufacture — the studio behind Shadows of the Damned and the No More Heroes series — has revealed that its ultra-violent sci‑fi action ROMEO IS A DEAD MAN will arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 11, 2026.
The story opens with an event that literally tears the fabric of space and time. The protagonist, Romeo, left for dead, is resurrected using advanced technology and drafted as an operative for the “Cosmic Police.” His assignment is to hunt down criminals who exploited the chaos spreading across the universe. At the same time he searches for his missing love, Juliet, gradually uncovering that her disappearance and the breakdown of reality are far more intertwined than they first appeared.
A defining feature of ROMEO IS A DEAD MAN is its combat system, which allows players to switch on the fly between melee weapons and firearms.
