Greetings and a happy Friday to the Game Informer community! You’ve successfully navigated another week, and we hope our recent coverage provided a welcome distraction along the way. While the early days of January have been somewhat tranquil regarding major reviews and previews, the news cycle has been remarkably active. Behind the scenes, our staff has been diligently proofing and editing the upcoming magazine. We are currently finalizing the next issue, which features a redacted cover star we can’t wait to show you.
We will be unveiling that cover next week, so be sure to monitor Game Informer’s social media platforms for the official announcement. It’s a reveal you certainly won’t want to miss!
We launched this weekly digest to provide a centralized hub for editorial updates and a concise directory of everything published on the site over the last seven days. Below, you will find our latest administrative updates followed by a comprehensive content breakdown.
Editorial Updates

On the administrative front, things are relatively stable this week. Our latest physical edition, featuring World of Warcraft: Midnight, is currently landing in subscriber mailboxes. We are aware that some readers experienced significant delays with previous issues—specifically The Outer Worlds 2 and Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. These disruptions were largely due to external postal service issues following last year’s government shutdown. While these factors were beyond our control, we take full responsibility and are working to resolve any lingering delivery issues. Fortunately, the World of Warcraft issue appears to be arriving on schedule without further incident.
We sincerely appreciate your patience as we coordinate with our logistics partners to stabilize our distribution. We have an incredible lineup of physical magazines planned for this year, and our next issue is particularly special.
If you haven’t joined our community of readers yet, there is still time to sign up and receive the upcoming issue—subscribe here.
