The Witcher 3 Sets New Steam Concurrent Player Record Following Remaster Launch
Console data is unavailable, but nobody doubts that Geralt is performing exceptionally well on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch.
The updated version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released on September 29. The remaster not only ranks among the highest-rated games of 2026 according to Metacritic, but it also helped the original The Witcher 3 break its concurrent player record on Steam.
According to SteamDB, more than 105,000 witchers are currently hunting monsters.
