Ninja might have enticed hip-hop titan Drake into the Fortnite universe, however the sport is about to host a special type of titan: Thanos, the final word dangerous man of Avengers: Infinity War fame, arrives in Fortnite tomorrow.

EW has the exclusive on the large crossover, which apparently started with Infinity War administrators Joe and Anthony Russo taking breaks from enhancing the movie to play rounds of Fortnite Battle Royale. That led to a telephone name to Epic Games worldwide inventive director Donald Mustard.
“Out of the blue, I get this call from Joe. And after a bit of geeking out over each other’s work, we start brainstorming these crazy ideas,” Mustard informed EW. An hour later, he stated, they’d the premise for Thanos’ limited-time look in Fortnite.

Dubbed “The Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup,” the mode will spawn the omnipotent Infinity Gauntlet someplace on Fortnite’s Battle Royale map. The participant who finds it can rework into Thanos, and presumably start raining down 9 flavors of hell.
Infinity Gauntlet mode begins tomorrow, Tuesday, May eighth, and will likely be free throughout all platforms.
