From Florida to London! To commemorate the last evening of her Eras Tour European leg at London’s Wembley Stadium on Tuesday evening (Aug 20), Taylor Swift invited an unique visitor onstage.

For The Tortured Poets Department hit, “Florida!!!,” Swift shocked followers with her partner, Florence Welch of Florence +The Machine The duo executed the track in collaborating white streaming outfits. “I need to forget, so take me to Florida/ I’ve got some regrets, I’ll bury them in Florida/ Tell me I’m despicable, say it’s unforgivable/ At least the dolls are beautiful, f— me up, Florida,” they sang with each other on the track.

In a meeting with British Vogue previously this year, Welch clarified that she really did not recognize the “scale” of Swift’s popularity. “There’s the sort of bigness of [Taylor Swift the phenomenon], and then there’s the Taylor I spend time with in the studio, who is just the sweetest and most down to earth,” she told the publication..

Swift likewise formerly clarified the story that motivated “Florida!!!” throughout an interview with iHeartRadio. “‘Florida!!!’ is a song I wrote with Florence and the Machine, and I think I was coming up with this idea of like, what happens when your life doesn’t fit, or your choices you’ve made catch up to you,” Swift stated.

She included that she’s a follower of Dateline and observed just how“people have these crimes that they commit, where do they immediately skip town and go to? They go to Florida.”
