A new overview video of the dual-screen RG DS console has surfaced online, in which Anbernic unboxes the handheld, demonstrates gameplay from several titles, and outlines the device’s notable features.
Anbernic’s team has produced a fresh ten-minute video aimed at retro gamers and newcomers alike, focused on the foldable RG DS handheld.
In the clip the developers unbox the unit and try out a range of titles from Game Boy Advance, Nintendo 3DS, Android, PlayStation Portable, PSI, Nintendo 64 and FBNEO. The team also demonstrates the console’s various functions and reviews its specifications.
The Anbernic RG DS features two 4-inch IPS screens with 640×480 resolution, an RK3568 chipset, an ARM G52 2EE GPU, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of built-in storage, Android 14, 2.4/5 GHz Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a 4000 mAh battery.
The device is currently available for pre-order without an SD card for $93.99 (7,606 RUB), with 128 GB for $108.99 (8,820 RUB), and with 256 GB for $123.99 (10,034 RUB). Anbernic plans to ship the RG DS by December 15, 2025.
