Steam to Remove Satellite Incremental Game Being Given Away Free With DLC
Players can now add the game Sattelite to their collections.
Several years ago, developer STEVE SEVERDIJA released his small incremental space-themed game called Sattelite on Steam for PC.
Sattelite is positioned as a casual clicker game about satellites and signals. In October 2026, the developer published a message to the community and stated an intention to remove the game from Valve’s service:
Well, it was nice working on this, especially finding out that I managed to successfully implement DLC and all Steamworks features, and they worked exactly as intended. Finally, I fixed just two (just two!) problems: one of them was that the application would not launch on a single device, but I fixed that issue remotely. The second problem was the implementation of random drops.

STEVE SEVERDIJA did not explain the reason for the decision. The Sattelite page on Steam remains available, and because the game is free, anyone interested can add it to their library. In addition, several free add-ons containing a soundtrack and desktop wallpapers have been released for it over the past years.
