Seina: a Tale of Spirits receives a free Steam demo
A free demo for Seina: a Tale of Spirits is now available on Steam. The hand-painted adventure follows Mika, a girl searching for her missing cat in a quiet spirit world inspired by traditional Japanese villages.
The demo introduces the opening part of the journey, several spirit characters and the calm pace planned for the full game. There is no combat and no fail state. Progress is built around exploration, light environmental puzzles and small quests.
Solo developer Argyro Brotsi based the watercolor setting on impressions from a trip through Japan. Misty forests, old shrines and lakes form the main environments, with hidden paths and optional details for players who explore carefully.
The full version is in development for PC and consoles. A release date has not been announced.
