Roadside Research update adds a spaceship, new products and alien research
Cybernetic Walrus and Oro Interactive have announced a new Roadside Research update for May 19. The co-op alien gas-station simulator is adding a station expansion, new products and more tools for decorating the store.
The biggest change is a spaceship parked on top of the gas station. The alien room moves into the ship, while the back of the station gains expanded storage and more room for stock.
The new alien room introduces a tactile research task where players study human samples step by step. The update also adds ready-to-eat meals, free placement hooks for tools, decorations, posters, wall signs, a basketball hoop and a Gnurp Cheese altar.
Roadside Research also receives an anti-motion-sickness option and quality-of-life fixes. To mark the update, the game has a 30 percent Steam discount from May 14 to May 28.
