Prime Video Releases Gandalf, Galadriel and Balrog Posters for The Rings of Power Season 3 Ahead of Trailer Premiere
Less than a month remains until the return to Middle-earth.
Prime Video has released new posters for Season 3 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. They show Gandalf the Grey, Galadriel with Celeborn, and the Balrog from the depths of Moria. With the final poster, the streaming service announced that the full trailer for the new season would arrive on October 21.

Season 3 takes place several years after the Season 2 finale, in the midst of the war between the elves and Sauron. After the fall of Eregion, the Dark Lord will entrench himself in Mordor and try to gain a decisive advantage with the One Ring.
Morfydd Clark, Charlie Vickers, Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, and Daniel Weyman return to their roles. The newcomers include Eddie Marsan, who played Thrain, the older brother of Durin IV, and Andrew Richardson as Anárion, the brother of Isildur. Simon Pegg voiced the Balrog.
Season 3 of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power premieres on Prime Video on November 11, 2026. The series is also expected to get a fourth and fifth season. Work on the next installment was planned to begin this fall, but there has been no official announcement that production has started.
