The Pokémon Company has officially confirmed a new Pokémon Presents broadcast scheduled for next Friday, February 27, at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET. Staying true to tradition, the event lands on “Pokémon Day,” the annual commemoration of the franchise’s historic debut with the Japanese release of Pokémon Red and Pokémon Green.
This year’s celebration is particularly significant as it marks a monumental three-decade milestone for the series. To honor 30 years of pocket monsters, The Pokémon Company is launching a massive campaign featuring Super Bowl advertisements, commemorative merchandise, and the long-awaited digital arrival of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 consoles next week.
According to the organizers, the upcoming presentation will showcase “exciting updates and announcements across the Pokémon franchise.” Historically, these showcases have been used to reveal everything from mobile game content and spin-offs to entirely new core generations. With the 30th anniversary in full swing, speculation is high that we may finally get a glimpse of Generation 10.

The Pokémon Presents livestream will air next Friday, February 27, at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET.
