Cillian Murphy, the star of Peaky Blinders, has announced when to expect the feature-length follow-up, “The Immortal Man.”
“Next year,” Murphy said during an interview with host Graham Norton.
The film will be available on Netflix, with a precise release date to be announced. Murphy returns as Birmingham gangster Thomas Shelby. The ensemble also features Barry Keoghan, Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Stephen Graham and others. Tom Harper (The Aeronauts) directs, and the screenplay is by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.
Earlier, it was reported that Netflix and the BBC are collaborating on a sequel series to Peaky Blinders; this was previously announced.
