Niall Horan to Host ‘Dinner Party’ Album Release at UMusic Shop NY

Niall Horan is set to transform the heart of Manhattan into a hub for his dedicated fanbase. On Tuesday, June 9, UMusic Shop NY will host an immersive pop-up event to mark the arrival of Dinner Party, the singer-songwriter’s highly anticipated fourth studio album.

Situated at 2 Penn Plaza, the takeover serves as a premier destination for fans to acquire official, limited-edition merchandise. The collection features exclusive apparel designed specifically for the occasion, alongside rare items that have already vanished from other retail shelves. Beyond the shopping experience, attendees are invited to enjoy an immersive, full-album playback session and interactive installations perfect for capturing memories. Fans unable to make the Tuesday launch will be pleased to know that the Dinner Party collection will remain on-site at UMusic Shop NY for the remainder of the week, pending availability.

The event coincides with the worldwide digital and physical release of Dinner Party via Capitol Records. The 12-track project—executive produced by longtime creative partners Julian Bunetta and John Ryan—embraces an organic, cinematic soundscape. With contributions from notable songwriters including Amy Allen, Joel Little, and the team at Afterhrs, the record flows from its opening track, “Tastes So Good,” through to the poignant finale, “End of an Era.”

Horan enters this release cycle with immense commercial momentum. Since his meteoric rise as a member of One Direction and his subsequent evolution into a world-class solo artist, he has surpassed 90 million records sold globally. His debut, Flicker, secured the top spot on the Billboard 200, while his following projects—Heartbreak Weather and The Show—continued his streak of chart-topping success in both the U.S. and the U.K. His 2024 global tour further solidified his status as a powerhouse performer, selling out massive arenas across several continents.

The UMusic Shop NY takeover is a one-day celebration taking place on June 9, with the exclusive merchandise remaining available throughout the week while supplies last.
