Niall Horan Announces Eagerly Awaited Fourth Album, ‘Dinner Party’

Niall Horan is extending a formal invitation to fans for his next musical chapter. The former One Direction standout recently revealed that his fourth studio effort, Dinner Party, is scheduled for a worldwide release on June 5th.
Sharing the news via Instagram, Horan delighted his followers with both the official cover art and a full tracklist. The aesthetic for the new project finds the singer in a domestic, introspective setting—sipping from a mug in a kitchen corner, surrounded by a curated collection of eclectic ceramic plates and tea sets. The upcoming record will consist of 12 new tracks; while no guest artists have been listed yet, fans remain curious about potential hidden collaborations.
The announcement follows weeks of subtle hints. On February 24, Horan confirmed via X (formerly Twitter) that the “album is DONE,” accompanying the post with behind-the-scenes studio photography and brief instrumental teasers that offered a glimpse into the Dinner Party soundscape.
The Heart Behind the Lead Single
The lead single and title track, “Dinner Party,” which arrives this Friday, March 20, carries a deeply personal sentiment. In a candid video shared with fans, Horan sat at a piano to explain that the song was inspired by the night he met his longtime partner, Amelia Woolley. Fittingly, their first encounter took place during a social dinner gathering.
Dinner Party serves as the follow-up to his 2023 release, The Show, which reached the No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. Throughout his solo career, Horan has consistently dominated the charts; his debut album Flicker reached No. 1 in 2017, while 2020’s Heartbreak Weather peaked at No. 4. With seven Hot 100 entries to his name, including the multi-platinum “Slow Hands,” Horan continues to solidify his status as a premier pop storyteller.
Eager listeners can secure their copies now by pre-ordering the album through Horan’s official website.
