Nacon Postpones Nacon Connect Amid Financial Difficulties
Originally slated for March, the upcoming showcase has been rescheduled to take place in May.
Nacon has issued an official response following widespread reports of severe financial instability and the potential risk of insolvency. Earlier reports indicated that the publisher had initiated emergency bankruptcy proceedings, raising significant concerns regarding the company’s long-term viability.
In its recent communication, Nacon acknowledged that it is currently navigating a period of significant hardship. As a direct result, the decision has been made to postpone the annual Nacon Connect presentation. While the event was initially scheduled for March 4th, it is now set to be held in May 2026.
According to company representatives, the delay is intended to allow the team to focus entirely on the launch of imminent titles and to withhold further project reveals until the organization achieves a more stable financial footing.
The statement further clarifies that, despite these hurdles, the company is not shutting down. Nacon expressed firm confidence in its ability to navigate the current crisis and emerge on the other side.
