Country music sensation Morgan Wallen has called off his second Pittsburgh concert due to looming severe weather concerns.
On the afternoon of Saturday, June 6, the 33-year-old artist took to social media to inform fans that he could no longer proceed with that evening’s performance at Acrisure Stadium, a stop on his ongoing “Still the Problem” tour.
“After consulting with my team and local authorities, it became clear that we have no choice but to cancel tonight’s event,” Wallen explained in a statement posted to his Instagram. “The safety of my fans and my crew is always the primary concern.”
Wallen confirmed that all ticketholders would be eligible for a full refund through their original point of purchase.
This development follows a successful first night at the venue, where the singer was notably accompanied by Olympic gold medalist and wrestling legend Kurt Angle during his grand entrance.
Local meteorologists had declared a “First Alert Weather Day” for Saturday, predicting volatile storms throughout the region. According to reports from CBS News, the peak intensity of the weather system was anticipated between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., leaving no safe window for the outdoor stadium event.
Wallen’s current tour continues to support his latest studio project, I’m the Problem. The album has been a massive commercial success, debuting at the top of the Billboard 200 in May 2025 and maintaining a dominant position for 13 nonconsecutive weeks.
