A catastrophic famine has decimated the land’s resources, driving the populace toward unthinkable acts of cannibalism while opportunistic bandits pillage what remains of civilization. Players step into the boots of a warrior-monarch—referred to by the narrator as “Your Majesty”—tasked with purging the rot from their failing empire.
