Modders Port Bloodborne to Android While Sony Omits PC Release
The iconic PS4 exclusive can now run on smartphones without an emulator.
Following recent enthusiast efforts to port Bloodborne to Linux PCs, an Android version has now emerged from the same project. An unofficial port titled Bloodborne-Android was released on GitHub by a developer known as ducvd89.
Developer ducvd89 published the unofficial Bloodborne-Android port on GitHub. He tested the game on an AYN Thor handheld console powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and an Oppo Find N5 smartphone equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite. According to the author, Central Yharnam ran at roughly 34 to 35 FPS on the AYN Thor without frame generation, though achieving this required lowering detail settings and disabling certain graphical effects.

Performance may be higher on more powerful Android devices, although the developer has not yet confirmed whether the game can be completed from start to finish. ducvd89 plans to continue improving the port, which already supports touch controls, gamepads, mods, and frame generation via Lossless Scaling.
