While I nonetheless desire the extra mod-friendly unique Java model of Minecraft, I can not deny that Microsoft and Mojang have gone all-in on supporting their revised and (admittedly) better-optimised newer iteration.
The newest addition to the enormously, industry-bendingly profitable crafting and survival sandbox is merely one other pores and skin pack, though this one is kinda cool. They’re celebrating the return of faux-80s horror present Stranger Things with a big ol’ sack of character skins.
If you like your sandboxes rather less blocky, you’re spoilt for choice on PC.
The pack consists of an impressively complete set of fifty character fashions and skins encompassing nearly all the most important characters from each seasons of Stranger Things, together with their most iconic outfits, as much as and together with the Ghostbusters-themed costumes the youngsters are carrying for the second season.
They even go so far as giving the Demogorgon (an interdimensional horror that the protagonists identify after a Dungeons & Dragons boss monster) two fashions, one with its horrible meat-flower face closed, and one with it splayed broad, able to chew on some hapless little one. Perhaps slightly intense for the youthful Minecraft followers?
While beauty gadgets for video games not normally my cup of tea, I need to admit that they’ve priced this pack proper at £2.50. You can choose it up contained in the Windows 10-exclusive version of Minecraft, which now supports cross-platform play with a large number of consoles.
