Megan Thee Stallion, David Guetta, EJAE, and Andrea Bocelli Unite for 2026 FIFA World Cup Anthem ‘DNA’

As the countdown to the FIFA World Cup 2026 reaches its conclusion this Thursday, June 11, the tournament has unveiled its official global anthem. Titled “DNA,” the high-energy collaboration features a powerhouse lineup: Megan Thee Stallion, David Guetta, Andrea Bocelli, and HUNTR/X’s own EJAE.
Released on June 10 via SALXCO UAM/Def Jam Recordings, the track highlights the unifying power of music on a global scale, blending the distinct artistic identities of a diverse international ensemble.
David Guetta steers the production with his signature dance-floor precision, crafting an anthem designed to invigorate the 48 competing teams. Beyond the rhythmic appeal, the track acts as a bridge between genres and generations, harmonizing Bocelli’s iconic operatic reach with Megan Thee Stallion’s rap verses and EJAE’s evocative Korean lyrics.
“The song’s title, ‘DNA,’ carries profound meaning,” noted Bocelli. “Football has been a lifelong passion of mine. Being invited to contribute to the official anthem and to perform at the opening ceremony is a deeply moving honor.”
For EJAE, the project represents a full-circle moment tied to the 2002 World Cup in Seoul. “Contributing Korean lyrics is incredibly significant for me,” she shared. “My most cherished childhood memory is watching Seoul unite during the 2002 tournament; the sheer joy and connection of the crowds back then remains etched in my mind.”
The tournament festivities begin on June 11, with the United States facing Paraguay at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Friday, June 12. As the tournament progresses toward the final match in July at MetLife Stadium, fans can also look forward to a monumental halftime show featuring performances from Madonna, Shakira, and BTS.
This release follows the early June debut of the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album, which boasts a star-studded tracklist including Anitta, Future, Tyla, 21 Savage, Burna Boy, Daddy Yankee, and Latto.
