Before the program proceeds, it’s time for anIntermission Maren Morris revealed her brand-new five-track EP on Friday (August 2).
The task includes the formerly launched “I Hope I Never Fall in Love” and her Julia Michaels partnership, “Cut!,” along with brand-new tracks “Push Me Over,” “Because, Of Course,” and “This is How a Woman Leaves.”
In a video clip uploaded to Instagram previously today, the 34-year-old musician opened regarding the title of the task. “Calling this project Intermission was intentional,” she informed fans. “It’s a break in the act, and for me, it’s certainly an act break and brand-new phase of my life, and I’m so all set to see what gets on the various other web page.
“I just am so proud of this music,” she proceeded. “It wasn’t easy to write, because I’m going through a lot, and this is the diary of that. But it’s also the most fun music as well as the most heartbreaking because i’m allowing myself to go there — ’cause I don’t have to protect anyone anymore. It’s just about my feelings. So, I hope you love it.”
The brand-new five-song collection follows her 2022 cd Humble Quest and her 2019 CMA cd of the year-winning task LADY
