Square Enix plans to release a new figure of Fran from the role-playing game Final Fantasy XII in 2026. Fran is an exceptional mechanic, a member of the Viera race, and serves as the second pilot aboard the pirate ship Strahl.
Square Enix has announced that pre-orders are now open for the new Fran figure. It is listed at 35,200 Japanese yen (18,553 RUB).
The set includes a 32-centimeter articulated body, a head with movable eyes, interchangeable hand and face parts, a bow with an extendable string, an arrow, a gun, and a display stand.
The figure is scheduled for release in May 2026.
Fran is a wandering Viera, a companion of Balfour, the second pilot aboard the pirate ship Strahl, and a master armorer known for her extraordinary technical expertise, extensive knowledge, and sharp intellect.
She has dark skin, thick white hair, long rabbit-like ears covered in white fur, deep red eyes, and wears revealing armor that resembles lace lingerie—a combination of a teddy and stockings.
The character is highly reserved around other races and seldom displays overt emotion. Although her relationship with Balfour is portrayed primarily as professional, there are subtle indications of romantic feelings between them.
