Israeli electronic music talent Mita Gami brought his distinctively sultry and rhythmic house sound to the San Diego waterfront for the Spring 2026 installment of the CRSSD festival on March 14.
Taking over the festival’s iconic Palms stage, the Maccabi House co-founder powered through a high-octane 90-minute set. Gami kept the energy electric, seamlessly blending sophisticated cuts from artists like Fran Martinez, Millero, and Oskar Guerrero. The set was masterfully layered with iconic vocal snippets—including nods to Prince’s “Sexy M.F.” and a haunting flip of The Mamas & The Papas’ “California Dreamin’”—alongside his own fresh remix of the Rüfüs Du Sol anthem “Lately.”
“The energy surrounding CRSSD this year was truly unparalleled,” Gami shared with Billboard. “I’m thrilled to have been able to capture that California magic and share it with everyone.”
This performance comes as part of a massive global push for the producer, following appearances at New York’s Brooklyn Paramount and EDC Mexico. Looking ahead, Gami is set to conquer a heavy touring schedule that includes European dates, a special Maccabi SF showcase with longtime collaborator Adam Ten, and a highly anticipated Maccabi House takeover at New York’s Central Park on July 25. He is also slated for a summer residency in Ibiza, with club dates at Pacha and DC10, as well as a featured slot at the legendary Mayan Warrior event.
The CRSSD Spring 2026 lineup featured a stellar array of electronic heavyweights, including Polo & Pan, Deborah De Luca, Vintage Culture, Tycho, Chris Lake, and Tokimonsta. Since its inception in 2014, the biannual event has remained a cornerstone of the Southern California dance music circuit.
