The Dark Knight holds a major presence in the Lego catalog, with a movie and multiple video games to his name. That prolific run continues because the Lego Company revealed three new Batman sets arriving early next year.

Lego reveals Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck set

The first of the bunch is the Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck set. As its name suggests, the product centers on the Batmobile from the 1992 film alongside Penguin’s duck-shaped ride. The Batmobile can jettison its sides to transform into the lean Batmissile. While the Batman Returns Batmobile has appeared in Lego form before, this version costs far less than the recent 2,269-piece collector’s edition, which runs for $229.99. The Batman Returns Batmobile & Duck contains 672 pieces and costs $59.99.

There is a Lego Arkham Batman Batmobile, too

Another Bat-themed vehicle is also on the way. The Arkham Batman Batmobile recreates the Caped Crusader ride from the 2015 video game Batman: Arkham Knight. This tank-like version of the Batmobile features functional suspension and includes a Batman minifigure. The set consists of 317 pieces and retails for $29.99.

The Joker Wall Art Comic Cover

The third set is The Joker Wall Art Comic Cover, a buildable mural based on the cover of Detective Comics #880 (2011), which depicts a smiling Joker. The official description labels the product as 3D wall art because certain elements extend off the picture frame, including the bats and Batarangs in the top left corner. This build is the most intricate of the bunch, coming in at 1,849 pieces for $169.99. All three sets launch on January 1, 2027.

Lego Batman has experienced a massive year. On May 22, Warner Bros. Games released Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, an open-world Batman video game inspired by Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham titles. The game earned critical praise due to its impressive scope and similarities to the Arkham series. It currently holds an 83 on Metacritic and a 95 percent user approval rating on Steam. Lego and Batman share a long history, highlighted by a 2008 Lego set that retailed for $49.99 and now sells for over 20 times its original price on secondary markets.
