The alliance between Kid Rock and the MAGA movement remains as potent as ever. Just a week after participating in a Turning Point USA livestream intended to compete with the Super Bowl halftime show, the “Bawitdaba” singer returned to the spotlight on Tuesday to promote a new political collaboration.

This time, the 55-year-old musician joined forces with Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 72, to champion the “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) initiative. The duo released a high-energy, 90-second clip titled “Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Workout,” centered on the twin pillars of physical activity and “real food” nutrition.

Soundtracked by Rock’s 1999 nu-metal anthem “Bawitdaba,” the video opens with both men posing shirtless—Kennedy in denim jeans and Rock in athletic shorts. The footage quickly shifts into a fast-paced montage featuring patriotic symbols, including a bald eagle, a fighter jet flyover, and a great white shark, interspersed with shots of Kennedy enjoying a massive steak dinner.

While the video begins with traditional gym maneuvers like bicep curls and tricep dips, the aesthetic takes a surreal turn. In one sequence, Kennedy cycles on a stationary bike inside a sauna while fully clothed in jeans, while Rock performs push-ups in the background. Later, Rock offers a defiant gesture to the camera from his bike before the pair transitions to a cold plunge—which Kennedy enters while still wearing his denim.

The fitness session concludes with a friendly game of pickleball and a moment of relaxation in a grotto-style pool, where the two men share glasses of whole milk. Representatives for Kid Rock have not yet provided further comment on the collaboration.

Kid Rock is the latest high-profile figure to assist Kennedy in marketing the MAHA platform. This follows a controversial Super Bowl commercial featuring boxing legend Mike Tyson, which some critics suggested felt like a critique of American lifestyle habits. Kennedy has recently dominated headlines for his overhaul of federal dietary guidelines, which inverted the traditional food pyramid to prioritize nutrient-dense animal proteins and healthy fats over grains.

On the musical front, Rock is enjoying a resurgence on the charts. His faith-based reimagining of Cody Johnson’s “Til’ You Can’t” recently debuted at the top of the Hot Christian Songs chart, marking a successful genre pivot for the veteran performer.
