Jonathan Blow, the creative mind behind critically acclaimed titles like The Witness and Braid, first unveiled his ambitious new puzzle project, Order of the Sinking Star, during The Game Awards last December. Today, we have exciting news: the game is officially confirmed for a Nintendo Switch 2 release, arriving alongside its PC debut later this year.
While the team at Thekla has confirmed the platform expansion, a specific release date remains elusive, with the studio currently targeting a general 2026 launch window. Nevertheless, the gameplay appears perfectly suited for the Switch 2’s hardware, promising a compelling experience for Nintendo fans.
