The developers of Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe are in no rush to reveal all the details about the new installment in the franchise. Various insiders are filling this information vacuum.

Recently, journalists at mp1st published a major feature dedicated to the Ubisoft Entertainment game. They managed to find descriptions outlining characters who may appear in the game.

According to rumors, the story of Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe centers on Petra, who is characterized as a strong-willed and passionate young woman in her mid-twenties. The heroine is described as “an obedient daughter and radical thinker who cannot accept the limiting role imposed on her by society.”

At the same time, insiders previously mentioned the name Anika Adler. Because character names are often revised during development, there is a possibility that this earlier reference was actually to Petra.

Her parents are her mother, Brigitte/Brigit, and her father, Konrad. Brigitte is described as “a deeply compassionate mother” in her early forties who works as a midwife. mp1st notes that she is a particularly interesting character because rumors suggest she will play a pivotal role in the plot, and she is also rumored to be a descendant of the Auditore family. Konrad handles the “dirty work” and is allegedly the “executioner of Neustadt.”

Other characters include:

• Bruno is a patriarchal, charismatic leader with a crude sense of humor.
• Anton is described as an insightful and ambitious man. He looks respectable on the outside, but operates in the shadows.
• Wolfgang is mentioned in the leaks as the heroine’s mentor. Some believe this is not a separate character, but rather a nickname for Bruno or Anton.
• Johanna is a wealthy, morally corrupt manipulator.
• Theo is a shy and sensitive young man who acts like a younger brother.
• Erika is an attractive, witty, but arrogant woman obsessed with status.
• Anna is a driven woman who works to her absolute limit in a competitive environment. She is presumed to be a modern-day character.
• Mother Gertrude is a 65-year-old village healer who lost the community’s trust after failing to cure a disease that swept the region. Afterward, she was accused of witchcraft and chose to live in isolation.
